scenic Oregon.
Portland is Oregon's largest city. Located in the scenic Willamette River
valley, "The City of Roses" offers a blend of forested parks, gardens,
fascinating museums, zoo, etc.
Scenic Mt. Hood is just one hour drive from Portland where a world of alpine
adventure awaits you, This beautiful snow-capped mountain is the tallest
mountain (11,235 feet) in the Oregon Cascades.
Pacific Ocean is just a two hour drive and offers shopping outlets, the call
of the migrating gray whales, deep sea fishing, sand dunes, accessible beaches,
and gambling casinos.
Columbia River Gorge is less than one hour from Portland with its beautiful
fall colors on towering rock cliffs, wind surfing and the spectacular Multnomah
Falls (5th largest waterfall in the U.S. – 620 feet high).
Eastern Oregon is only two hours away for a high desert plateau with its
sagebrush, ghost towns, and a definite western look.
