Just a FYI, Judy will have a limited amount of paints should you run-out or need some.

	Time: 10:00 AM

This will be a workshop / clinic so, no prep! The objective of this class is to learn calligraphic brush lettering by developing a style and technique that is completely your own and in a style associated with the professional touch. The 'hand' will be Chancery Cursive.
The following is a list of supplies needed for this Paint-in:

     Pad of tracing paper (new) - there's a lot to practice (I know. the "P" word)
     Eraser - non-abrasive (white or grey)
     C-Thru Grid Ruler (2in x 12 at least)
     Sharpie Ultra Fine Pen
     Pencils #2
     Brushes: Flats - #4, #6, #8
                  Liners - #2, 10/0
                  (Optional - Ken Brown's Calligraphy Brush Set - Large = in place of the flats)
     Paints: Black, Burnt Umber, Lt. Ivory/Lt Buttermilk
     All your other basic painting supplies - palette paper, water basin, etc., etc., etc..
     A great source book for your library is Brush Lettering with Ken Brown published by PLAID. It is optional for use, but not needed. Calligraphy is the most direct form of all artistic expression and I look forward to sharing it with you.
